Dr. Mitra was former Director, Directorate of Drilling and founder Director, Institute of Drilling Technology, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited. Dr. Mitra was the key person in the discovery of the giant Mumbai High oil field of Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited. His contribution have put India on the world oil map. Dr. Bhagwan Sahay is the Chief Technical Adviser (Upstream-E & P) Drilling and Exploration World (DEW) journal.  Dr. Sahay was formerly Group General Manager (Exploration), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited. Dr. Sahay's contribution in record oil production from ONGCs Western Onshores is unparalled. Dr. Himmat Singh is the Chief Technical Adviser (Downstream & Engineering) Drilling and Exploration World (DEW) journal. Dr. Singh is former Distinguished Professor, Hydrocarbon Engineering, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, India.  He was also former Advisor (Research & Development) Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and former senior Deputy Director (Scientist "G"), Indian Institute of Petroleum-a R&D center under Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Government of India.
